     Dear Parents

     As you are aware, DPS Ambala aims for holistic development of students and always    

     put in efforts to promote learning through outdoor interactions and experiences. We   

     believe that trips and excursions are not only a perfect way to expand one’s horizons but   

     also instill a sense of appreciation for the wonders of the earth and  exposes one to a wide     

     variety of cultural and geographical ecosystems.

     Another important objective of planning this trip is to provide an opportunity to teachers    

     as well as students to bond with each other, giving both a break from their hectic   

     schedules. Moreover it is much required after three years of COVID .

     The school has therefore planned for the following adventure camp for the students of   

     Classes VI to XII.

Dear Parents,                                                    

The School believes in overall development of the children. Keeping this in mind, one day trip to Water park is been organized for classes I –V, on Monday May 23, 2022. Timing (8:00 am to 4:00pm)

Kindly down the following instructions for the day of excursions:

• The students can bring light refreshment with them (if they so desire), water bottle, a towel in a small Picnic / Party Bag.
• Students to report at 7:45am in school uniform only. Casuals will not be allowed in any case.
• School ID cards are must.
• No bus facility will be provided for same. Parents are requested to make the necessary arrangements for the transport of their wards to and from school.  
• Electronic gadgets such as mobiles, cameras etc. are not allowed.
• All the updates of students will be posted on whats app group created a day before the trip for parent’s convenience.

 

If you are interested in sending your ward for this trip, please fill the consent form and return it with the trip cost. The last day for enrolment is May 10, 2022

COST OF THE TRIP is Rs 1500/-

(This cost includes ticket to Amusement and Water Park, Swimming Costume, Transportation, Lunch and Refreshment).

It is to inform you that the school will be conducting Final exams in offline mode only for all classes. So it has been decided to conduct offline classes from Feb 17, 2022 so that students get atuned to regular school and be prepared properly for offline exam.

However, one online class will be conducted for revision purpose in classes 1 to VIII daily. The schedule of same will be informed shortly

In view of the above order it has been decided to start online classes from Monday 10th January 2022. 
Till further information regarding Offline/Online classes will be sent to you as soon as the School receives instructions from the Government.

New Year greetings from DPS Ambala! The year 2021 was full of uncertainties yet with ample of events & achievements for our students & the school. 1. The School will remain closed from December 27, 2021 to January 09, 2022 for winter vacations.

2. Kindly encourage your ward to read / revise the lessons taught and complete his/her pending work.

Dear Parents
As you are aware the directorate of school education, Haryana has now given permission to re-open the school physically for all classes including classes I to III. Though the school is already open for classes VI to XII, now it has been decided to open physically for all the school students from Oct 11, 2021.

You are therefore requested to give your consent to the class teacher by Sept 27, 2021 so that necessary arrangements can be made by the school.
You may also note that school will be able to provide transport to the student to commute only after receiving:-
1. Consents form signed by the parents
2. Advance payment of one month’s transport fees.
