School hours …………   8.00 am-2:10 pm for classes I to X , 8:00 am- 12:30pm (For classes XI,XII), 9:00-12:30 am for kindergarten

You may pick your ward by informing at the school reception well in advance.

After being absent a written explanation is required when the child returns.
We consider regular attendance to be most important, but please keep your child at home if s/he is sick. If there is a need for your child to be collected from school during school hours, parents must sign a partial absence note located at the office, before collecting your child.

On occasions where a late arrival is unavoidable, students are required to have a late note from the office before going to class.

If a child is leaving the school before dispersal time, they must complete the outgoing note at the office.
This is a legal requirement to protect your child. A note in form of application is required for all absences whether part or whole day.

Our healthy canteen has only the best made foods and sells NO fizzy drinks or flavoured milks. The canteen is opened 5 days. Lunch orders can be placed after a discussion with the canteen vendor.

Teachers are available for meetings with parents at mutually convenient times. Please arrange meetings beforehand, in writing or by phoning the office to arrange a meeting if there are any issues you wish to discuss.

It is essential that you inform the office and the class teacher of any change of contact details relating to your child. This included mobile numbers, emergency contacts and home addresses. This is particularly important in case of sickness or accident.

Homework is a valuable part of schooling for each student and reaffirms the role of parents and caregivers as partners in education. Homework varies according to age and learning.

  • Prescribed medications only may be taken at school
  • Medicine must be administered by doctor/ Nurse present in school
  • Students requiring medication at school should go to the office
  • Students should carry asthma treatment with them on all school activities
  • Students are not permitted to keep medications on their person, in their bags or in classrooms. (with the exception of Asthma puffers). Teachers will not ‘mind’ medications.

All valuables should remain at home or be left in the office during school hours. Incase your ward has lost any of his belongings,he may get its information from the school reception.

Excursions are planned to enrich the learning experience and all children participate. For all excursions including sport, for which students leave the school, permission notes are required. All notes and money for excursions and performances must be handed in in to the class teacher NOT the Office as per the dates given in the circulars.
